Tragedy has struck.

So my daddy was SUPER nice to me this year and helped me upgrade my old mac! More ram, a huge External Harddrive, and a new OS system!

It's fancy alright! And it probably needed to happen!

But I hate upgrading. And this is why: My pen tablet isn't compatible anymore.

And now that con season is over, I really miss drawing and playing with colors. I was even in the middle of an art commish for Kat-chan. ;-; But I can't give it to her like this. DX I'm so bad! Why did I wait so long?!

And the truth is I need to upgrade my Photoshop version too… I'm so dreadfully lame that I'm still working with PS-CS2.

So my tools aren't as fancy as everyone else's. Even a 13 year old with their first computer is working with a faster, cleaner, and intuitive paint brush than I am. I've been kinda ashamed anyway to put out new things. I know the common acumen is to say it's the ARTIST not the TOOLS that makes a great piece. But still, even *I* have a hard time wanting to click on vague pencil drawings I see in even master artist galleries.

I'm not an expert in color- but I miss my tablet nonetheless…. Sorry for the delay Lovies. <3


In other news, I'm gearing up my courage to apply to teach English in Japan. Then I'll have a LOT of time to spend with you guys. 8D AWESOME RIGHT?
